TecnetProtect Agent Installation on Windows
Go to https://baas.tecnetone.com/ and log in with your credentials. In the management console menu, navigate to the "Devices" section.
In the upper right corner, you will find a gray button to add devices. This button will display a side menu on the right. In this menu, you'll find agents for different operating systems. Download the agent that corresponds to your system.
Installation:
Run the installer and generate the registration code.
Once installed and the code is generated, return to the same menu where you downloaded the installation file. Scroll down and find the option to "Register via code."
Register the code provided by the executable and select the user with whom you want to associate that particular device.
Once the device is registered successfully, you will see a green message, and you can close the installer. In a few minutes, the device will appear in the console.
If the code is not accepted or an error occurs, close the installer and run it again.
